Description: A very nice porch with chairs of masonry invite us to enter to the hall decorated with local furnitures. The doors, windows, roof, floors and furnitures ware made from wood. The owners tell that the floors save the footsteps of children who are living in the house sooner. The sitting room, the kitchen, the bed room, two doble rooms and one for one person are all rooms of the house, which is around by a beautiful garden and terraces.

Mazo:

An area in the south-east of La Palma which includes the islands airport. Mazo stretches from the forested heights of the Cumbre Vieja mountain ridge to the rugged coastline. The Cumbre Vieja is a beautiful nature park with a large number of marked walking trails.
On the coast, just a stones throw from the airport is the small Playa el Pocito beach. Here you cn watch the planes land.
The church Ntra. Sra. de Los Dolores dates from the 18th century and is a good example of a building from those times.
Every weekend there is a farmers market in Mazo, where local products can be tasted and purchased.
Take a walk through the Parque Arqueológico de Belmaco and discover the world of the ancient peoples of La Palma.
In May Mazo celebrates the festival of Corpus Christi. The streets of the village (El Pueblo) are decorated with mosaics, cloth, arches, crosses and shields made from natural products including flower petals, seeds and rice.
There are more handicrafts to be seen in the museum Casa Roja, especially embroidery which is a speciality of the island.
Lovers of spectacular views should not miss Las Toscas, at 736 metres.

In Villa de Mazo it is possible to see the silhouette of a wind-mill, where long ago the grain of the neighbourship were powered. This architectonic milestone was very important in the local economy and now itis a workshop for popular pottery and had given the name to this rural house.
