Omschrijving: Casa Las Embelgas is a little house typical of the zone, with three hundred-year-old palm trees at the entrance. This rural house has been refurbished with the utmost respect for traditional Canarian architecture, maintaining the original roofs and the layout of the different rooms. It is a large house, with two floors, designed so that the visitors feels “at home”, with three bedrooms (a matrimonial suite, a double room and an individual one), two bathrooms, a dinning room, a kitchen and a living room with a wood-burning stove. It is fully equipped with electrical appliances (including a dishwasher), cutlery and linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths etc.) It has a large patio for private parking and for spending time outdoors, especially suitable for children to play on and for grown ups to enjoy quality relaxation time.![]() |  |

| Puntallana ligt in het noordoosten van La Palma en is een startpunt voor veel wandelingen. Een prachtig groen landschap met dichte laurierbossen.
Een uitzichtrijk gebied met vergezichten over de toppen en ravijnen, de dichte vegetatie en de blauwe Atlantische Oceaan. Bij helder weer zijn de buureilanden Tenerife en La Gomera goed zichtbaar.
Een bezoek waard is Casa Luján. Vroeger was in dit gebouw een raadhuis en een school, tegenwoordig een ethnografisch museum. Het is een fraai gerestaureerd landhuis met tuin.
De kerk San Juan Bautista is uit de 16e eeuw en u ziet hier Vlaamse invloeden.
Puntallana heeft een strand, Playa Nogales, wat bereikbaar is via een steile maar goed te lopen afdaling. De Atlantsiche Oceaan heeft hier een sterke onderstroom en draaikolken, men dient dan ook met zwemmen uiterst voorzichtig te zijn. |

| Casa Las Embelgas is located in a quiet area of La Palma near the centre in the east, close to vineyards and vegetable farms, a little over 1km from the urban centre of Puntallana. It is ideal for getting to know the whole island, given its proximity to the capital. It enjoys a great climate because the house faces and is sheltered by the Loral Mountain. Its thick walls and solid carpentry also help to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. |
