Omschrijving: Each detail of this house reflects the care taken by its owners, Ramón and Vina, to restore it at the end of June 2005. Where the water tank was originally, there is now an original round kitchen with a wood ceiling. There is a large lounge ideal for relaxing, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom and dressing room full of natural sunlight. The house also has a solarium, an outside porch with a table and small BBQ located next to the medlar tree (nispero) that gives the house its name. The situation of the house is such that from any of the rooms the beautiful views over the Atlantic, the island of El Hierro and the most unforgettable sunsets can all be enjoyed.
Among the festivities of Fuencaliente we should point out the “Fusco horses” that takes place on the last Sunday in August of every other year, the Vendimia festivity in the last week of August, the “Pino de la Virgen” on the second Sunday of August, San Antonio Abad on the 17th January and the “Virgin of Carmen”, on the first Sunday after the 16th July![]() |  |

In het Centro de Visitantes Volcán San Antonio komt u alles te weten over de vulkanen en een wandeling hier biedt u adembenemende uitzichten.
Hier groeien de druiven waar de bekende Malvasia wijn van gemaakt wordt.
Op de uiterste zuidpunt, naast de vuurtoren, wordt sinds 1967 zout gewonnen.
Het gebied kent 4 stranden: La Zamora, Punta Larga, Echentive y Las Cabras.
In het vriendelijke dorp Fuencaliente zijn diverse restaurants, bars winkels en een Centro de Artesanía. |

| The house is located among vineyards on the side of a hill that overlooks the sea. In the surrounding area, less than 15 minutes away, you can find some important wine cellars, the volcano route, the craters of San Antonio (1677) and Teneguía (1971), the Teneguía Rock, the salt works and the coastline of Fuencaliente with small beaches and coves with crystal clear waters.
In general, Fuencaliente, is an ideal spot for doing a whole variety of sports, road and mountain cycling, trekking, scuba diving among others. There is also an taking off area for paragliding lovers, and a flight school. |
